On 23rd January 2025, GREE grandly held "Xiangrui Shengqing, GREE presents Xiangxiang" 2025 Chinese New Year Celebration and Annual Appreciation Meeting in Changzhou. All members of the company, special guests and shareholder representatives gathered together to review the achievements of 2024, look forward to the development of 2025, and share the joy and emotion of this annual event.
Kick off the old and welcome the new
The annual meeting kicked off in a warm atmosphere. Dr Liu Shuanqiang, Founder/Chairman of GREE, delivered a speech, reviewing the company's progress in the past year under the complex market environment, expressing his heartfelt thanks to all employees for their hard work, and raising higher expectations for the development in 2025.
Review and Prospect: Focusing on the Core, Towards a New Journey
Dr He Qiangyong, co-founder and general manager of GREE, gave a comprehensive review of the work in 2024 and a detailed outlook on the work plan for 2025. Dr He summarised the achievements of 2024 in three aspects, namely, sales results, technological innovation and management improvement, and focused on the nine-word policy of "strengthening sales, improving efficiency and lowering costs" put forward by the chairman of the board of directors, and made a key deployment of the work in 2025.
In terms of sales results, Mr He pointed out that in 2024, the company made significant breakthroughs in the field of laboratory, electronics, industrial constant temperature and humidity, and exceeded the annual sales target. In terms of scientific and technological achievements, GREE won a number of provincial and municipal honours, completed a number of advanced technology research and development work, further consolidated the market position, and set a benchmark for the industry. In terms of management improvement, the company has achieved significant improvement in management effectiveness by optimising internal processes, strengthening team building and enhancing communication efficiency.
Looking ahead to 2025, Mr. He emphasised that the company will focus on its core areas and further enhance its core competitiveness through measures such as cultural construction, empowering sales, technological innovation, optimising communication and improving production capacity.
Commendation Session: Crowned with Glory, Grateful for the Companions
The annual meeting set up the "Tackling Difficulties Award" "Sales Contribution Award" "Love and Dedication Award" "Sharp Innovation Award ""Professional Service Award"" "Collaboration Model Award"" "Rapid Progress Award"" "Star of Production "The "Outstanding Team Award" and other awards were presented to honour the individuals and teams who made outstanding contributions to the development of GREE in the past year. Dr Liu Shuanqiang, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said at the award ceremony, "Every award winner is the pride of GREE, and their efforts and dedication are the cornerstone of the company's development. We hope that all staff will continue to work hard in the new year and contribute more to the development of the company."
Gala: Stars Shine, Youth Blossoms
After the commendation meeting, the New Year Gala officially began. The atmosphere of the party site was warm, dance skewer, solo, comedy, stand-up comedy, chorus ..... Wonderful programmes were staged in turn, and the people of Gerry offered a double feast from vision to hearing, showing the youthful vitality and team cohesion of the people of Gerry, and blessing the company's future development. In between the programmes, several rounds of lucky draws were held for all the staff on site, which pushed the atmosphere of the annual meeting to the climax time and again.
Although the dream is far away, it can be reached by pursuing it.
Though it is hard to make a wish, it can be fulfilled if you hold it.
