The "Gearea" brand, founded nearly 20 years ago, embodies a cultural faith and heritage deeply connected with the wisdom of the sages.

It also represents the core of Chinese traditional culture: "The movement of Heaven is strong, and the superior man makes constant self-improvement; the Earth is vast and solid, and the superior man cultivates virtue to carry all things."

The movement of Heaven (i.e., nature) is strong and vigorous. In this regard, the superior man should strive to emulate Heaven, constantly pursuing progress with determination and resilience, never ceasing to work hard. The Earth, with its vastness and harmony, symbolizes the cultivation of virtue. The superior man should build a profound and enduring moral character, embracing and bearing all things.

"Self-improvement and the cultivation of virtue" has also become the motto of Tsinghua University for over a century, nourishing generations of Tsinghua students. Over time, it has been infused with new meanings in different historical contexts.

These two maxims also reflect the profound understanding of the Tsinghua University motto by Jimmy Lau, the founder of Gearea, during his time at Tsinghua. The motto is not merely a background on a photograph; its spirit and belief continue to inspire countless Tsinghua students to pursue excellence and remain dedicated to the world. This same powerful motivation has also been a constant driving force throughout Liu's entrepreneurial journey.

In 2006, Jimmy Lau founded the "Gearea" brand within the Tsinghua campus. The brand’s logo integrates the concepts of Qian and Kun from the philosophy of the I Ching, symbolizing dynamic balance and harmony. It resembles the sparks dancing in the wind, much like the rising and setting of the sun and moon in the natural world, continuously evolving and reaching new heights.

Beliefs

"While striving for the material and spiritual well-being of all employees, make each residence healthieand more comfortable, and each factory more energy-efficient and low-carbon." This mission has guided the company since its founding and marks a long, challenging journey for the Gearea family. It requires every member to continuously innovate and bravely face the future.

Firmly believing in the principle "The Earth is vast and solid, and the superior man cultivates virtue to carry all things," we lead by example, embodying the character of virtue and endurance through our actions. Holding steadfast to the belief "The movement of Heaven is strong, and the superior man makes constant self-improvement," we work together, relentlessly striving to fulfill Gearea's mission.

Chairman Jimmy Lau firmly believes that
