Recently, the first Laboratory Industry Carnival organised by Shanghai Laboratory Equipment Association (SLEA) came to a successful end in Shanghai Songjiang Fuyue Hotel. As a supporting unit of the Association, Grace Habitat Environment Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. made a stunning appearance with its innovative laboratory energy-saving solutions, demonstrating system-level technical achievements that can achieve energy-saving and consumption reduction of more than 30% to more than a hundred industry customers, and was honoured with the title of "Recommended Exhibitor for the First Laboratory Industry Carnival", which is one of the most technologically-led benchmarking enterprises in this exhibition.

During the event, Dr He Qiangyong, General Manager of Gehry, delivered a special report on "Energy-saving Air-conditioning Solutions for Laboratory Purification Environment", which deeply analysed the pain points of energy consumption in the current laboratory field and pointed out that improving energy efficiency, reducing operating costs and developing intelligent solutions have become the key propositions for the transformation and upgrading of the industry. Through the comparison of conventional solutions and GREE solutions, Dr He stressed that laboratory energy saving needs to break through the single equipment replacement thinking, building a systematic technology system covering product design, technology upgrades, equipment synergies.
In order to prove the effectiveness of the technology, Dr He took a laboratory building energy-saving renovation project as an example for data presentation: through the application of Grey Laboratory energy-saving solutions, the annual power consumption of the project dropped from 1,877,000 kWh to 1,395,000 kWh, realising an annual power saving of 482,000 kWh. According to the 0.65 yuan/degree industrial electricity price conversion, the annual savings in electricity expenditure amounted to 313,000 yuan, for the intelligent energy-saving transformation of high-precision laboratories to provide a quantifiable demonstration samples.
At the event, the core equipment parts model developed by GREE triggered a high degree of attention, and its innovative process structure not only attracted professional buyers to stop and negotiate, but also gained the unanimous approval of the Association's expert group. Experts pointed out that GREE's breakthrough innovation in key parts and components process, marking China's laboratory equipment industry is from manufacturing to intellectual leap for the sustainable development of the industry to inject a new kinetic energy.
